How many unpaid invoices can a PM accumulate before risking contract termination?
If a PM fails to pay their invoices for two consecutive months, Steady reserves the right to terminate the contract. Our goal is to work with PMs to find mutually beneficial solutions, and we encourage proactive communication if a PM is experiencing financial difficulties. PMs can reach out to our billing team at billing@steady.rent to discuss payment plans or temporary accommodations before the situation escalates to potential contract termination.
